The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
My experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I arrived late and had to wait several minutes for a response from the front desk, which was frustrating after a long journey. Also, the breakfast situation was chaotic, with empty tables and a lack of clean utensils. It made for a disheartening start to my day, and I didn’t receive any helpful information during check-in about available services or dining options.

A breakfast buffet to dream about
Each morning started with a delightful breakfast buffet. Fresh fruits, pancakes, and even Malaysian specialties like Nasi Lemak transported me to flavor heaven! A fantastic start to every day.
However, I encountered an unexpected issue at check-out. I informed them about leaving a day early but was still charged for the full stay. A bit frustrating during an otherwise lovely trip.
