The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

My experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I arrived late and had to wait several minutes for a response from the front desk, which was frustrating after a long journey. Also, the breakfast situation was chaotic, with empty tables and a lack of clean utensils. It made for a disheartening start to my day, and I didn’t receive any helpful information during check-in about available services or dining options.

I recently enjoyed a lovely weekend stay with easy walks to both the mad museum of art & design, which is just 0.8 km away, and jacob ballas children's garden, only 1.5 km from the hotel, making my city strolls truly delightful. the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, adding a special touch to my visit.
